Trust is the adhesive and underpinning of all that you do. Trust is the foundation of commitment. Break a commitment to self and others and you undermine your ability to trust yourself. Your inability to trust yourself means that you will lack belief in any choice that you make. Your life manifests according to your beliefs. "As a man thinketh in his heart; so he is." So, since our lives are based upon, built upon and created one choice at a time, trusting "YOU" is imperative.
